So far, 2007 has brought...

-- a new job for me
-- a new job for my husband, with longer hours
-- a surge in my home business (job #2)
-- and the usual domestic dramatics (snow, flu, flooding plumbing....)

All this excitement has cut into eliminated fic, fandom, and recreational internet time.  I'm hoping to get back into things, but if I do it probably won't be until July.

So that's where I am.  Not dead.  Just busy.

In other news, the probability of my child's getting coal for Christmas has bounced up to 50%.

Also:  Amazon's offering a Calphalon pan for, at this writing, $22.99.  Which is a $145.01 savings.  You might want to check this out.  Specifically, it's a "Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid."  (Looks like the "Commercial" line was discontinued, which would make this a close-out."  But still!)  Mine's coming next Friday, I hope...

Okay, I just have not been able to come up with drabbles in any quantity.  So, with the idea that something is better than nothing, here are my two:
